Refund Policy

Season Registration Fees

Full Refunds (less the $10.00 administrative fee) are available upon request, if request is received prior to DRAFT DAY/TEAM FORMATION date. Partial Refunds (50%) are available upon request, if request is received from DRAFT DAY/TEAM FORMATION date to prior OPENING DAY/FIRST GAME date. No Refunds are available from OPENING DAY/FIRST GAME date and thereafter. Refunds are on the cost of registration only. Admin Fees, which cover cost of Credit card fees, are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued by a credit back to the credit card used for payment. All refund requests must be made via email to registration@mclittleleague.org. In the event of a dispute, appeals to the MCLL refund policy must be made to the Board of Directors at one of the regular monthly meetings.

2017 Spring Season Dates
  • Draft Day - March 6th
  • Opening Day - April 1st
2017 Fall Season Dates
  • Team Formation - August 18th
  • First Game - September 9th

Workout Registration Fees

Full Refunds are available upon request if request is received two weeks prior to FIRST SESSION date.  No Refunds are available after two weeks prior to FIRST SESSION date. Refunds are on the cost of registration only. The administrative fee is not refundable.
