Core Training Baseball Academy Summer Group Sessions
The Core Training model is built to accelerate development by combining structured coaching with consistent competitive exposure. Athletes are expected to bring focus, effort, and intent to every session, as each rep is an opportunity to improve and be evaluated in a performance-driven environment.
Each session is capped at nine athletes. (Ages 10-16) While private instruction certainly has value, these sessions are intentionally designed to create a competitive training environment that promotes development, accountability, and performance growth.
Session 1: 06/01-06/07
Session 2: 06/08-06/14 (same days and times for each session).
Tuesday: 6pm-7:30pm
Thursday: 6pm-7:30pm
Saturday: 8am-10am
Sunday: 10am-12pm

Montgomery County Little League and Shockwaves Coach Robb Hampton is hosting hitting clinics at Ridgeview Middle School on Tuesday nights in July (see below for details)
Who: Girls aged 8–14 (Minors AA/AAA and Majors)
Focus: Core mechanics, body movement, and a hitting mindset.
Goal: Consistency at the plate all season long.
Fee: $75
